Photoshop tiene una mala reputación en estos tiempos. El término se ha convertido en sinónimo de algo negativo: como si un simple programa pudiese abusar de sí mismo… y, por sí mismo tratar de «engañarnos» haciéndonos pensar que cierto tipo de cuerpo es normal.
Pero cuando en 500px se ponen a pensar en Photoshop no piensan en las top models que aparecen en las portadas de una revista y cuya piel se ha suavizado hasta parecer de plástico o porcelana y curvas naturales se han difuminado bajo un arbitrario y supuesto «ideal». En 500px piensan en fotógrafos como Caras Ionut, Renee Robyn, Erik Johansson y Adrian Sommeling, fotógrafos que tiene la habilidad de saber utilizar Photoshop para crear escenas mágicas, que son obviamente ficticias, y que hacen que sus fotografías sean aún más increíbles.
Así que hemos recopilado 35 creaciones de Photoshop que, como decimos en el título, traspasan la delgada línea entre la fotografía y el arte digital.
